Basic Rates
You will automatically be charged in the Basic Rate, if no subscription was booked.
Standard Bikes

Subscriptions
Subscription include the rental of standard bikes as well as e-bikes.
The first 30 minutes of each rental are included.

E-bikes: 1 € / 30-60 min | 9 € / additional 60 min

Return Fees
Standard Bikes
Standard bikes may be returned at any official La BiGi station at no extra cost. For returning the bike flexibly within the flex zone a small fee of 0,50 € applies.
Returning bikes outside the flex zone and away from stations or on private ground is not allowed. A service fee of 20 € applies.

E-Bikes
E-Bikes may only be returned at e-bike stations in order to recharge.

REGISTRATION
The registration is free of charge. Before renting your first bike, we need to verify your payment method. You will be required to deposit a credit of 1 € which can be used in all fare types.

You can rent up to four bikes at the same time using one account. Special rates and conditions only apply to the first bike. Additional bikes are charged at the Basic Rate.
You can change your tariff in your customer account.
SERVICE FEES
Returning bikes outside the flex zone and away from stations of Bergamo is not allowed. A service fee of min. 20€ will apply.
