Our tariffsHow it works
REGISTRATION
Registration is free of charge. In order to verify your account, a €1 deposit is required and will become rental credit to use later on.
RENTAL
Simply scan the QR Code on the bike with the nextbike app and the FrameLock will open automatically.
PAUSE RIDE
Pause your ride without ending the rental. Simply pause your ride in the app and close the lock. The rental stays active during the pause and will be charged as usual.
RETURN
Return your bike at official stations at no extra costs. For €0,50 extra you can return your bike within the yellow zone. Press the FrameLock lever down to lock the bike. If you return your bike away from the zones or stations, a service fee of at least 20 € will be charged.

Our tariffs
The following rates apply in Bergamo. In other nextbike systems, local rates apply.
Subscription include the rental of standard bikes as well as e-bikes. If several bikes are rented at the same time, subscriptions would only apply to the first bike.
